Malala and Her Story


Malala Yousafzai is the young activist from Pakistan that fought for the education and women right since the young age. It started when the an extremist islamic group, Taliban has ruled in the Pakistan and began to banned an education and burned down the schools. They also prohibit the woman to go outside from their houses. 

She was began to speak up since 11 years old by made a blog for BBC about living under the Taliban's threats to deny her an education. Then, Malala continues to speak up about her right and the right of all women to an education through public platform. However, Malala and her family learned that the Taliban had issued a death threat against her because of her activism. 

In the 2012, Malala is shot by Taliban when was riding a bus secretly with their friends on the way home from school. The shooting left Malala in critical condition, so she was flown to a military hospital in Peshawar. She was survived from her critical condition and moved to the England. Then, this moment makes all over the world are aware for her activism. On the 2014, She won a Nobel Peace Prize at 17 years old. And she keep speak for all women rights until now.


What I can learn from her ? 

Strong Leadership
She stood up for her right on education started from her young age. She publicly stand up for the belief that can accomplish something even greater than motivating others to take action on their behalf. They can inspire people to see a new potential within themselves. Those who lead by example empower others to imagine that they, too, can be more and do more than they might ever thought possible. 

Dedication
Malala has dedicated her young life to promoting the importance of education. She made Malala Fund to help girls in all over the world to get access to education that safe on the Pakistan, Afghanistan, Brazil, India, Lebanon, Nigeria, and Turkey. 

Her Spirit
When Malala began to speak up about the rights, she’s knew that she’s going to living under the Taliban’s threats to kill herself and her family. However, she’s keep speak up her voice louder and louder even when Taliban has shoot her, she’s still become activist until now.
